The special CCTV program "The Spirit of the Constitution and the Power of the Rule of Law - the Top Ten National Figures of the Rule of Law in 2024", co-sponsored by the Central Office of Law-Based Governance, the Ministry of Justice, the National Office of Popularization of Law, and China Central Radio and Television, was broadcast on CCTV on the evening of December 4, 2024. In the program, "The Top Ten National Figures of the Rule of Law in 2024" and “The Top Six ‘Tribute to Heroes’ Figures” were announced. Mr. Ding Yuxiang, an outstanding alumnus of the CASS Institute of Law (Law School of the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences), was selected as one of "the Top Ten National Figures of the Rule of Law in 2024". Mr. Ding graduated from the Institute with a Ph.D. degree in Civil and Commercial Law in 2017. He is currently a member of the Judicial Committee, president of the Second Division, and a grade II judge of Beijing Financial Court.
