Recently, the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a decision to commend advanced units and outstanding works of the 17th "Best Works" Award for Spiritual Civilization Construction. A total of 105 works won the Award. The theoretical article "On the Institutional Logic of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law" authored by Li Lin, a member of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a research fellow at the CASS Institute of Law, won the Award as one of the best theoretical articles.
