The fourth session of the lecture series "Lecture Halls on Intra-Party Regulations and State Laws That Should be Known by All", organized by the Joint Party Committee of CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law, was held on May 27, 2025. At this session, Professor Zhi Zhenfeng, a research fellow at CASS Institute of Law, gave a lecture on "Legal Systems Related to Cyber Security". In the lecture, Professor Zhi explained in detail the significance and connotation of cyber security based on real cases in the field, systematically reviewed and interpreted the cyber security legal system and important institutions in the field of cyber security, and emphasized the value and method of improving digital literacy and cyber security awareness among the public. The lecture was attended by more than 110 researchers and staff members of CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law.
