To thoroughly study, publicize, and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, promote the study of the fifth volume of Xi Jinping’s Works on The Governance of China, and accurately grasp the essence and practical requirements of China's constitutional theory in the new era, the Joint Party Committee of CASS Institute of International Law of CASS Institute of Law invited Professor Li Lin, a member of the academic department and a research fellow at CASS Institute of Law, to give a special lecture on the fifth volume of Xi Jinping’s Works on The Governance of China to the staff members of CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Lawon on November 18, 2025. In the lecture, presided over by Professor Li Honglei, Secretary of the Joint Party Committee, Professor Li Lin took China's Constitutional Theory in the New Era as the theme and, in light of the relevant contents of the fifth volume of Xi Jinping’s Works on The Governance of China, introduced the compilation of the key textbook "China's Constitutional Theory in the New Era" and shared his own experience in the study of The Governance of China.
