Ms. Priscilla Leung, a member of the Hong Kong Basic Law Commission of the NPC Standing Committee, a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council, and a professor at the School of Law of City University of Hong Kong, visited CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law on 7 April 2026. During the visit, Ms. Leung held a meeting with Professor Li Honglei, secretary of the Joint Party Committee of CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law, Professor Mo Jihong, director of CASS Institute of Law, and Professor Xie Zengyi, deputy director of CASS Institute of Law.

During the meeting, the hosts and the guest reviewed the cooperation and exchanges between the two CASS institutes and the Hong Kong legal community, expressed the wish to further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation, and reached a broad consensus on future cooperation.

Also attending the meeting were Professor Liu Xiaomei, head of the Department of Research Coordination and International Cooperation of CASS Institute of International Law, and Professor Li Zhong and Professor Zhi Zhenfeng, two research fellows of CASS Institute of Law.
