Abstract: In the era of artificial intelligence, algorithms are playing an increasingly important role in copyright protection. Algorithm protection even runs through the entire process of copyright protection, from copyright confirmation, to copyright authorization, to comparison of copyright infringement, and to compensation for copyright infringement. Compared with traditional litigation protection, algorithmic protection pays more attention to relief in advance, aiming to use code to demarcate the boundary of freedom between copyright holders and the public, and can even achieve the special effect of impossibility of infringement. Compared with litigation protection, algorithmic protection has the unique advantages of reducing costs and improving efficiency. Not only so, it also gave birth to a series of innovative business models in the copyright industry, thereby greatly promoting the development of the industry. Finally, while strengthening algorithm protection, it is also necessary to face up to the limitations of the current development of algorithms, rationally treat the objective role of algorithms in the copyright industry, and clarify the boundaries between law, human beings and algorithms in this process, so as to make theoretical preparations for the construction of a scientific structure of copyright protection system in the era of artificial intelligence.
