Abstract: Comprehensively promoting the modernization of Xizang is of special significance for building Chinese-style modernization and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The historical experience of Xizang's modernization drive can be summarized into five aspects: upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the socialist system, resolutely upholding the reunification of the motherland and national unity, adhering to the principle of taking the actual situation of Xizang as the starting point, adhering to the people-centered development thought, and adhering to comprehensively promoting the rule of law in Xizang. Since the peaceful liberation of Xizang, the political guarantee has been strong, the overall social situation has been stable for a long time, the level of economic and social development has been significantly improved, and remarkable results have been achieved in the work of comprehensive law-based governance in Xizang, laying an important foundation for the modernization of Xizang. To build a socialist modernized new Xizang in an all-round way, it is necessary to construct a basic framework of modernized new Xizang under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in accordance with the unified requirements made the central authorities, take into full consideration the actual situation in Xizang, focus on the core propositions of security, stability, development, rule of law, ecology, etc., and advance all kinds of work in a steady way.
