Abstract: The promulgation of the Private Sector Promotion Law is a milestone that will definitely promote the development and growth of the private sector in China. We must fully understand the significance of this law, thoroughly study its main content, fully implement its specific provisions, comprehensively carry out publicity for the Law, speed up the introduction of relevant supporting measures, standardize the administrative law enforcement behavior in the private sector, strengthen the judicial protection of the private sector, and provide a strong legal guarantee for the healthy development of the private sector.
