XIAO Jing: Jurisprudential Logic and Construction of the Legal Protection System for Promoting the Development of New-Quality Productive Forces

Abstract: To promote the development of new-quality productive forces, it is crucial to fully recognize and leverage the guiding, regulating, promoting, and safeguarding roles of the rule of law. This necessitates a careful analysis of the jurisprudential logic underpinning the promotion of new-quality productive forces and, based on this, the construction of a comprehensive legal protection system to ensure their development through good laws and sound governance. From the perspective of jurisprudential logic, the rule of law is both a fundamental prerequisite and a guiding principle for the development of new-quality productive forces, providing a strong impetus and essential guarantee for their advancement. The construction of a legal protection system requires a coordinated approach encompassing legislation, law enforcement, judicial practices, and compliance with law to ensure a full-chain legal protection for the development of new-quality productive forces. In addition, it is imperative to leverage the roles of various branch laws to provide all-encompassing legal safeguards and to comprehensively promote both domestic and foreign-related laws to offer full-spectrum legal guarantees for the development of new-quality productive forces.
