Abstract:In the context of globalization, the development of the rule of law in different countries is diversified. The overseas rule of law encompasses many valuable concepts, systems, and practical experiences that hold essential reference significance for enhancing the domestic rule of law in China. This article explores in a deep-going way the necessity of internalizing the overseas rule of law, and the dialectical relationship and institutional connection between the internalization of the overseas rule of law and externalization of the domestic rule of law, analyzes the path to and the challenges faced by the internalization of the overseas rule of law, and proposes corresponding coping strategies. It aims to promote the development and improvement of China's domestic rule of law and enhance the level of modernization of the state governance system and governance capacity by drawing on and utilizing the legal values and successful experience of the overseas rule of law.
