The Seminar on "The Latest Development of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law" was held at CASS Institute of Law in Beijing on December 26, 2025. The seminar was sponsored by CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law, organized by the CASS Center for Studies of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and the CASS Think Tank on the Comprehensive Rule of Law, and attended by more than 50 experts and scholars from the Central Party School (National Academy of Governance), Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Jilin University, China University of Political Science and Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, and Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

At the seminar, participants gave speeches and carried out in-depth discussions around such topics as "Deepening and Expansion of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law", "Research, Education and Publicity of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law", and "Ensuring High-Quality Development with High-level Rule of Law".
