Abstract:Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the guiding ideology that must be adhered to in the comprehensive law-based governance in the new era. It is a scientific theory that has been enriched and developed in practice. On the new journey, we must, under the scientific guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, strengthen and deepen the Party's leadership over the comprehensive law-based governance, guarantee and promote Chinese-style modernization on the track of the rule of law, accelerate the construction of a higher-level socialist state under the rule of law, vigorously promote the spirit of socialist rule of law, contributes Chinese wisdom and strength to the progress of human rule of law civilization, and continuously open up new paths to socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics
